Casino Tycoon 2 (Chinese: 賭城大亨II之至尊無敵) is a 1992 Hong Kong action drama film written, produced and directed by Wong Jing and starring Andy Lau and Chingmy Yau. It is the sequel to Casino Tycoon.
Casino Raiders II even goes so far as to use cinematographer Horace Wong Wing-Hang to get that 'look'; plenty of slow motion shots with leaves and old newspaper blowing around on the ground. Sequel in name only to the original, this film stars Andy Lau Tak-Wah as a 2nd rate gambler called upon to redeem his uncle and gambling master, played. Casino Raiders is a 1989 Hong Kong action drama film written and directed by Jimmy Heung and Wong Jing and starring Andy Lau, Alan Tam, Idy Chan and Rosamund Kwan.It belonged to the early part of the 1989-1996 period, a period when gambling-themed films were dominating the Hong Kong movie scene.The film was followed by two sequels No Risk, No Gain (1990) and Casino Raiders II (1991). Summary[edit]
Andy Lau returns in his role as the Casino Tycoon of Macau, Benny Ho. We join Ho 18 years after the last film as he has established his Casino empire in Macau and is living with his daughter and wheelchair-bound wife. When his daughter brings home a young man eager to make headway in the Casino empire Ho becomes embroiled in a plot to destroy his family.
